We are locally-owned and operated Property Management business dedicated to providing prompt, cost-effective and high-quality service to the property owners in the Tahoe and Truckee area.
We have a variety of other special services that we offer:
- Turnkey Services: I can open up your house and prepare it for immediate occupancy. I can also close down, secure and winterize your house after you leave. I will verify that appropriate appliances are turned off and that all thermostats are set properly.
- House Cleaning: I offer complete house cleaning with attention to detail, or limited assistance, as required. I also provide one-time cleaning, deep cleaning, spring cleaning, post-construction / post-remodeling cleaning, move-in / move-out cleaning, special-occasion cleaning and cleaning to help you sell your house.
- Property Management: I will help you find competent, caring licensed contractors for new construction, remodeling or other types of projects for your property. I will then manage all phases of the project from design to completion to protect your interests.
- General Household Assistance: I provide personal assistance for busy individuals. I can accommodate your needs by loading and unloading your vehicle, running errands, stocking your house with needed supplies, etc.
- Sending and Receiving Shipments: Whether you purchase something across the country or around the world, I will track and receive your shipments. I can also ship items to you.
- Lawn and Garden Care: I can water, mow, edge, weed, fertilize and thatch your lawn. I am a full-service, knowledgeable and experienced gardening firm that will take care of your entire landscape and irrigation system. I can also prune, water and fertilize your native vegetation to enhance the beauty of your property and reduce fire danger. My goal will be to make your lawn and garden the envy of the neighborhood at a reasonable price.
- Yard Cleanup and Defensible Space: I offer removal of pine cones and needles, weeds and dead vegetation to reduce fire danger and beautify your property. I am also experienced in creating defensible spaces that comply with the fire codes in the Tahoe and Truckee area.
- Black Bear Problem Resolution Expert: I will help you solve any and all problems that you are having with our troublesome black bears in a knowledgeable and effective manner, using my years of results oriented experience.
